    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly-organised administration expert who will have the ability move around the business providing assistance to other Senior Managers. The ideal candidate will have genuine interest in the property industry and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Your immediate team will appreciate your attention to detail and proactive approach to work. Reporting to the CFO and Senior Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will have experience in a finance or legal firm, have excellent grammar, strong customer service and organisations skills. You will be able to effectively multitask and work to tight deadlines. Your team orientated attitude will help you fit into a team who thrives on collaboration.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - Co-ordinate and manage diaries of Caydon’s C-suite including organising of all appointments, meetings and attendance at conferences.
    - Provide administrative support as required including creating agendas for meetings, recording minutes, screening calls, organising meetings and preparing documents and letters.
    - Identify, anticipate and prepare information required for meetings, appointments, presentations, etc.,
    - follow up inward and outward requests for information and correspondence
    - Manage purchase orders (experience using Timberline considered favorably)
    - General administrative assistance to your team in all aspects of day to day operations
    - Reception cover when required

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a diligent and proactive Accountant to work closely alongside each of our teams to ensure sound business and project health.

    The ideal candidate is will be tertiary qualified with a completed accounting qualification. With approximately 1-3 years’ experience working in a project focused environment in the property or construction industry, you will have experience and be proficient using Sage Timberline (Sage 300 CRE). The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
    • Set up accounting systems and software
    • Undertake PO, AR, AP, compliance and payroll duties where applicable
    • Preparing financial reports, reconciliations and consolidating budgets
    • Creating, maintaining and analyzing performance reports
    • Undertaking project cost reviews to ensure they are on track and reviewed against forecasts
    • Providing input on project analysis and job costing by providing monthly variance analysis and commentary
    • Reviewing and discussing monthly cash flows for each project with the Development Team
    • Setting up and maintaining Sage accounting software
    • General Administration

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group are looking for an Experienced Appointment Setter to join the Caydon team on short term basis. In this role you will be required to conduct outbound calls explaining to the potential customer on Caydon’s apartments and ultimately arranging an appointment for a Sales Executive to meet with them to further discuss.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - A warm and gentle phone manner with the ability to engage potential clients quickly
    - Understand how to qualify a customer Experience with CRM systems
    - Managing CRM systems
    - Consistently following up on call backs
    - Self-motivated and results orientated, to make the most of the opportunity for uncapped commissions.
