    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a proactive, commercially driven and solution-oriented Senior Legal Counsel. Working closely with our USA Senior Leadership Team and your Australian counterpart, you will be adept at identifying and managing risk exposures, while delivering effective, strategic yet pragmatic advice.

    Areas of legal work will include general commercial law, with a specific focus on the property and construction industry including reviewing of construction contracts, reviewing finance agreements, assisting in negotiations, and dispute handling. You would also be expected to have significant involvement in general commercial matters, as well as labor law from time to time.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced legal professional with an understanding of the property industry. You will have a robust personality and possess outstanding negotiation and influencing skills, as well as superior communication and interpersonal skills. With a strong stakeholder management focus, you will be commercially astute and innovative in approach, demonstrating a track record of adding value to a diverse and dynamic business. A background in construction would be highly regarded.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures
    • Reviewing requests for tender and expression of interest documentation
    • Managing and negotiating with external clients and vendors regarding contractual, legal and commercial issues
    • Advising on the acceptability of proposed contract terms
    • Reviewing contract conditions and participating in the preparation of commercial strategies for key proposals
    • Liaising with external lawyers and managing the drafting of contracts
    • Training and legal education on topics of relevance
    • Providing advice in relation to all legal aspects affecting the business, including employment law, OH&S, competition law, property, acquisitions and divestments, leasing and tenancy disputes.

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Design and Documentation team as an Architectural Documenter. With exceptional time management and organisation skills you will be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be a strong all-rounder with your Architectural skills and knowledge and work well within a team and wider organisation. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to mentor others, while continuously improving your own designs. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous Australian exposure within the multi residential sector will be highly advantageous. You are required to have an excellent understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards and local government regulations.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include;
    - Prepare completed design drawings using AutoCAD to tender issue stage
    - Prepare town planning drawings and reports for applications
    - Resolve design detailing throughout all elements during working drawing stages
    - Preparation of individual drawing packages for inclusion in submission
    - Liaise with consultants
    - Ongoing site support when required

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a proactive individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Services Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a team player with an ability to develop and implement fully integrated through-the-line campaigns across a broad portfolio of property developments. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a full-service internal marketing team, and key external agency partners.

    The successful candidate will possess a bachelor degree in marketing, or relevant field supported by consumer marketing experience. Exposure to the property/real-estate industry will be favorable, however an ability to challenge and disrupt the norms of the property development sector are particularly desirable. You will be proficient with technology including traditional and digital media, and demonstrate proven communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. With exceptional organisational skills you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

    • Develop campaign briefs, clearly articulating the target audience, project and campaign objectives, opportunities, USP(s) etc., ensuring that the internal creative team or external creative agency, clearly understand the opportunity and have sufficient information to develop compelling creative.
    • Manage the implementation of all marketing communication activities, coordinating the efforts of a broad team, and working alongside key stakeholders to deliver all projects in full and on time.
    • Manage and provide direction to all internal and external “suppliers” across the following functions and inputs; research, digital, social, PR, display suites, experiential, content creative, sales collateral, site signage etc.
    • Consumer enquiry numbers will be your key focus, so in addition to producing compelling and disruptive creative the development and implementation of outstanding media plans will be key to the attainment of lead generation targets.
    • Contribute to the evolution of the Caydon brand, growing awareness of and contributing to the development of the brand’s equity.

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Settlements team as a Settlement Coordinator. Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager you will assist with the coordination and execution of the settlement process. The primary role of a Settlement Coordinator is to assist with the valuation process and the purchaser pre-settlement inspections for current and imminent Caydon projects. Primarily based onsite this individual will have the ability to handle competing priorities whilst conducting inspections during the construction phase.

    The ideal candidate will possess relevant customer service experience and have an understanding of the property industry. You will be a highly organised individual with excellent time management, great attention to detail and strong communication skills to follow up with all internal and external stake holders. This role is best suited for a dynamic individual who demonstrates initiative.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
    - Coordination and facilitation of valuation and purchaser inspections including bookings and administration
    - Support the Customer Relations Manager including liaising with valuation companies, purchasers, builders and other relevant stakeholders.
    - Assist with all aspects of the settlements process including distribution of settlement and valuation packs;
    - Coordination of the leasing process including inspections, bookings and communication;
    - Following up enquiries from valuers, builders, agents and purchasers; and
    - General administration tasks as requested, including but not limited to, preparing reports, correspondence, presentations and data entry.
