    About the Role

    Experiencing steady growth over the last three years, the business has decided to bring the Systems Administration function in house. The primary focus of this role is to support our Employee base of 80+ across two locations in Melbourne and provide assistance to our team in the USA when required. Being the first point of contact for all technology queries, you will provide an exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders. A solutions orientated individual will see you persevere until an optimal solution is reached not matter how big or small the issue.
    Whilst taking a proactive approach to maintaining Business Hardware and Software to deliver reliable systems, you will also have the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems across a variety of hardware devices and software platform. To be successful in this role, you have exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical people in a respectful and mentoring manner.

    Duties

    As a Digital Technology Consultant, you will be versed in using a ticketing system to log, prioritise and manage work to ensure timely resolution of all issues whilst driving business efficiencies.
    You will be proficient in the following;
    - Windows and Linux environments
    - Network knowledge of DNS, WAN, VPN,
    - Exposure to okta
    - Microsoft applications (including Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Sharepoint).
    - Understanding of TCP/IP, Switching, Firewalls, Wifi and VPN systems. Use of monitoring / alerting systems
    - Experience with SIP/VOIP PABX systems and POE networking
    - Servers: Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Citrix

    Ideally you will possess a driver’s license to be able to drive to various locations, when required.

    As a payroll officer you will be responsible for paying the Caydon team that makes everything we achieve possible!     About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer, to lead our graphic design team, and spearhead our progression from “graphic design team” to an in-house “advertising agency”. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be working closely with the Studio Manager in leading Caydon’s in-house and freelance creatives, whilst working collaboratively with the wider marketing team. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualisation and implementation of design and advertising solutions that meet marketing objectives, from concept to completion.
    Responsible for art direction, you will direct the production of renders, photography and video, and play an integral role in brand and advertising campaign development. You will be the go-to for all things design. You will have close attention to detail, concept development ability, excellent communications skills, and a skill in bringing ideas to life. You will have prior experience in providing direction/mentoring junior designers with the creation of various collateral, both digital and non-digital. To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or advertising agency accompanied by any relevant tertiary qualifications.

    Duties

    - Develop compelling advertising campaigns.

    Duties

    Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout all touch points.
    Deal with and see through to resolution all customer queries and issues in a timely manner
    Capture all interactions with Customers in the appropriate system for future reference
    Coordinate and carry out customer satisfaction calls and research. Report on and make recommendations based on how Caydon can improve from feedback provided.
    Coordinate all aspects of a customer program
    Coordinate Caydon customer events to provide relevant information in a timely manner.
    Coordinate and brief the creative team to deliver design and content in accordance with program and campaign schedules and applicable style guides.
    Work with the sales team and CRM Analyst to ensure appropriate and accurate data is captured in our systems to improve data quality.

    Experience using HTML/CSS

    Digital ad campaign experience highly regarded

    Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
