    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to a report to the Sales Director and to provide assistance to the Sales and Contract administration team. With exceptional organisational skills, you will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have previous administrative experience preferably in a sales environment with exposure to real estate. You will be a team player who has a can-do attitude and will welcome the chance to help where required. You will have the ability to assist in the coordination and implementation of all stages of the Sales and Contract administration process for Caydon’s projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to provide the highest quality of customer service to both internal and external parties.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
    - Contract and Sales administration support
    - Assist in filling out and processing sales contracts
    - Assist in processing variations
    - Carry out tasks in the absence of Contract Administrators
    - Compiling Agendas & taking minutes for various meetings
    - Maintaining key relationships
    - Maintaining Caydon’s database with relevant documentation
    - General administrative support for the Sales manager
    - Assist with reception cover

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a diligent and proactive Accountant to work closely alongside the Development team to ensure sound project health, whilst also maintaining the AP/AR and other general financial processes.

    The ideal candidate is will be tertiary qualified with a completed accounting qualification. With approximately 1-3 years’ experience working in a project focused environment in the property or construction industry, you will have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Set up accounting systems and software
    • Undertake payroll duties and compliance

    • Undertaking project cost reviews to ensure they are on track and reviewed against forecasts
    • Providing input on project analysis and job costing by providing monthly variance analysis and commentary
    • Reviewing and discussing monthly cash flows for each project with the Development Team

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a strong Owner’s Representative (Construction) to directly oversee the General Contractor assigned to build mixed-use buildings that will deliver to the Caydon standards.

    With a strong attention to detail and excellent project management and influencing skills, your role is critical in the delivery of the build ensuring that key project milestones are achieved on-time and on-budget and to specification.

    The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years’ experience in on-site construction, with notable success in project managing high-rise builds or projects of $100M+ value. With excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, and a proven record of successful interaction with general contractors and sub-contractors, you will be commercially astute, demonstrating a track record of adding value to a diverse and dynamic business.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Manage the General Contractor, other directly contracted vendors and consultants, and all other associated entities with interest in the construction process.

    • Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects.
    • Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
    • Analyze, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip, create reports to inform owners, lenders, and other parties of construction progress.

    All transactions will be completed to ensure our customers receive consistently high levels of service in accordance with company procedures, guidelines and legislative requirements.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - Coordinate, plan and implement the marketing programs for a variety of campaigns to ensure timely delivery
    - Research, planning and executing hoc marketing activity such as short-term promotions and events
    - Coordinate various requirements between multiple external agencies from media buying, creative and PR
    - Maintain awareness of business objectives and apply to all marketing communications.
    - Assist the Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement project launches
    - Media monitoring to keep abreast of industry news, trends and competitor activity
    - Coordinate the production process of print and digital assets across owned and bought media ensuring delivery design and content in accordance with campaign schedules and applicable style guides
    - Site visits to review OOH signage when required
    - Marketing administration including but not limited to data entry, purchase orders, budget maintenance and reporting
    - Maintain marketing collateral and branded stationary inventory

This role plays a key part within the organisation by being primarily focused on the development and implementation of Caydon’s branding strategy and through-the-line marketing communications for a portfolio of property developments.

    Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be passionate about the Caydon brand and understand that a powerful brand is a key foundation for an organisation’s success. Being at ease in a fast-paced environment is a must!

    The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications accompanied by direct consumer marketing experience. Exposure to the property/real-estate industry will be viewed upon favorably. You will have strong digital and traditional marketing experience, and expertise in managing a suite of external agencies.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
    - Develop campaign strategy & briefs, clearly articulating the target audience, project and campaign objectives to the internal creative team or external creative agency.
    - Drive the implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with the Sales, and Architect functions to ensure joint objectives and campaign benchmarks are achieved.
    - Achieve customer lead enquiry targets per project. Brief external media agency to develop and implement media plans that optimise lead generation.
    - Contribute to the evolution of the Caydon brand, growing awareness and brand equity.
