    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for an experienced Development Director to lead our lean and agile Development Team. You will be responsible for driving strategic development opportunities through collaborating with all key stakeholders across all activities associated with property development. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to analyse situations and information with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity to drive timely results.

    It is imperative that the successful candidate has extensive experience working in the property or construction industry with experience overseeing sizable projects in a property development role. Ideally you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in either the property development, construction management or business-related fields. You will have a proven track record of developing collaborative working relationships. You will be a solution focused individual who effectively problem solves to drive projects to successful completion delivering with high quality within budget. You will have excellent communication skills in order to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, strategies and results to relevant business stakeholders.

    Duties

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Architecture and Design team as an ‘Senior Architectural Designer’. With exceptional time management and organisation skills you will be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be a strong all-rounder with your Architectural skills and knowledge and work well within a team and wider organisation. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to mentor others, while continuously improving your own designs. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous Australian exposure within the multi residential sector will be highly advantageous. You are required to have an excellent understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards and local government regulations. Exposure to REVIT is essential in this role.

    Your key responsibilities will include;
    - Prepare completed design drawings using AutoCAD to tender issue stage
    - Prepare town planning drawings and reports for applications
    - Resolve design detailing throughout all elements during working drawing stages
    - Preparation of individual drawing packages for inclusion in submission
    - Liaise with consultants
    - Ongoing site support when required

    We are seeking a tenacious, outgoing individual that is keen to learn all there is to know about selling off the plan. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career in property and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

    The Sales Associate position supports our Sales team who sell off-the-plan apartments to prospective and current clients. In this role, you will have the ability to learn the skills to develop into a Sales role by learning through exposure in well supported environment that provides a regular flow of warm leads. As you develop your sale skills and meet KPI’s you will have the opportunity to be rewarded by an excellent commission structure.

    Whilst we know you’ll be eager to start selling this position is an entry level sales role that will see you learning the fundamentals of sales whilst supporting our sales team and providing an exceptional experience to anyone entering a Caydon Development or Display Suite. As a budding seller you will take great pride in maintain the display suite and with a customer centric approach you will do everything with a can do attitude.

    Duties

    This is a full-time permanent role for a confident and personable applicant with previous experience in sales.Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written skills and strong customer relationship skills.

    You will receive extensive training and development as you begin your career in property. Weekend work is expected in this role.

    Experiencing steady growth over the last three years, the business has decided to bring the Systems Administration function in house. The primary focus of this role is to support our Employee base of 80+ across two locations in Melbourne and provide assistance to our team in the USA when required. Being the first point of contact for all technology queries, you will provide an exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders. A solutions orientated individual will see you persevere until an optimal solution is reached not matter how big or small the issue.
    Whilst taking a proactive approach to maintaining Business Hardware and Software to deliver reliable systems, you will also have the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems across a variety of hardware devices and software platform. To be successful in this role, you have exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical people in a respectful and mentoring manner.

    Duties

    As a Digital Technology Consultant, you will be versed in using a ticketing system to log, prioritise and manage work to ensure timely resolution of all issues whilst driving business efficiencies.
    You will be proficient in the following;
    - Windows and Linux environments
    - Network knowledge of DNS, WAN, VPN,
    - Exposure to okta
    - Microsoft applications (including Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Sharepoint).
    - Understanding of TCP/IP, Switching, Firewalls, Wifi and VPN systems. Use of monitoring / alerting systems
    - Experience with SIP/VOIP PABX systems and POE networking
    - Servers: Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Citrix

    Ideally you will possess a driver’s license to be able to drive to various locations, when required.

    This role will oversee the Support Service to enable our employees to be effective and efficient with reliable technology hardware and software. They will be responsible for hardware selection, procurement and maintenance. They will ensure all issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption. A customer centric service approach is paramount as you and your team will provide support to both internal and external technology stakeholders.

    Duties

    To be successful you will demonstrate extensive experience in technology support and dealing with escalated issues. You will have experience in business as usual technology solutions including VC/AV as well as experience in delivering project-based support to enhance adoption and train non-tech employees and mentor junior support employees.
