    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to undertake the role of Financial Accountant at Caydon Property Group. You will be a great communicator, both written and verbal, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy a fast paced way of work. Most importantly, you will have ‘can do’ attitude, embracing the role and its responsibilities, and contributing to an enjoyable and positive work/social environment. Ideally, you will have 3 -5 years’ experience from a reputable accounting firm, and you will be CPA qualified.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - Reviewing and reconciling the general ledger Caydon and Trust’s for active projects
    - Assist with daily cash flow
    - Assist with building processes, procedures and checklists to ensure that the general ledger is correct at month-end
    - Assist to ensure that month-end reporting flows to year-end reconciliation for audit purposes
    - Assist with preparation of BAS and income tax returns
    - Provide support to other team members where required.

    About the Role

    Caydon is looking for a Settlement & Customer Relations Manager to join our team on a Maternity Leave contract on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, The Settlement & Customer Relations Manager works closely with management team to provide a hands-on approach to the leadership and day to day management of all Settlement and Customer Relations functions. The successful candidate will have experience within this field and be confident in dealing with the various internal and external stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified supported by relevant work experience.
    They will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills to identifying areas for improvement. They will have exceptional communication abilities, people skills and attention to detail. They will have a personality that fits with the Caydon culture and environment. As a team player, they will have the ability to collaborate effectively with others in management and staff when dealing with a variety of situations as they arise. They will be commercially savvy, highly astute and have strong interpersonal skills assist the continued success of the company.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to;

    • Management of Settlement for all Caydon Developments and Precincts
    • Management of the settlement process and relevant events
    • Management of the valuation process and onsite inspections
    • Management of Customer Relations team and output
    • Stakeholder involvement in new digital Customer Service platforms
    • Roll out and management of new processes to support the new digital experiences
    • Managing and liaising with external stakeholders; Selling Agencies, Customers, Owners Corporation, Property management teams, valuation companies and brokers
    • Settlement and Customer Relations Reporting

    Caydon are looking for a Product Owner to help us fulfil a seamless digital experience for our customers. Holding everyone true to the vision, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the digital instances overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, using excellent communication skills to translate abstract digital/technology visions into reality. With a true understanding of agile, you will be able to continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the highest impact answer for Caydon, and be able to work under pressure, managing Caydon’s expectations effectively. Ideally, you will have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a product owner or similar role, relevant tertiary qualifications and a good understanding of software development processes and technologies such as SCRUM, Test-driven development, etc.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Communicating effectively, moving easily between strategic discussions with senior leaders to detailed outcome driven conversations with technology developers.
    • Maintaining a working backlog whilst also setting direction and articulating using a strategic road map
    • Ensuring continuous prioritisation and alignment with the business and IT stakeholders to ensure the highest value is captured
    • Working in an Agile development environment, planning iterations and releases to meet business objectives, while effectively managing risk and scope and having a good understanding of the technical challenges
    • Working with key stakeholders to assure smooth installation and adoption.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the product is launched and promoted with the key sellable points, and then monitoring customer satisfaction and metrics associated with product performance, tweaking existing features to ensure the product remains effective.

    We are looking for a Technology Director to work alongside the strategic leadership team in delivering architectural solutions across the business. With excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a penchant for innovation, you will help to shape Caydon’s technology vision, and then ensure all existing and new systems, infrastructure and applications comply accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects, and will possess a broad knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across infrastructure, security and software engineering domains. Ideally, you will have at least 10 years’ general management experience, or experience in all aspects of IT architecture at a senior level with the relevant tertiary qualifications.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - Participating in long & medium term decisions concerning the Caydon’s IT strategy and direction
    - Establishing Caydon’s overall architecture road map and strategy
    - Defining a vision or ‘blueprint’ for the IT architecture and the steps required to achieve the vision.
    - Communicating global architectural standards to executive management and all IT Staff
    - Ensuring that all technology initiatives delivered by internal staff or external vendors align to the strategic IT architecture
    - Maintaining awareness of current industry trends and regulatory requirements
    - Managing expenditures within budget
    - Providing leadership and direction to all technology employees, ensuring the most efficient use of skills and abilities.
