    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer, to lead our graphic design team, and spearhead our progression from “graphic design team” to an in-house “advertising agency”. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be working closely with the Studio Manager in leading Caydon’s in-house and freelance creatives, whilst working collaboratively with the wider marketing team. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualisation and implementation of design and advertising solutions that meet marketing objectives, from concept to completion.
    Responsible for art direction, you will direct the production of renders, photography and video, and play an integral role in brand and advertising campaign development. You will be the go-to for all things design. You will have close attention to detail, concept development ability, excellent communications skills, and a skill in bringing ideas to life. You will have prior experience in providing direction/mentoring junior designers with the creation of various collateral, both digital and non-digital. To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or advertising agency accompanied by any relevant tertiary qualifications.

    Duties

    - Develop compelling advertising campaigns.
    - Key role in the planning and creative process of internal client deliverables
    - Work efficiently to develop the needed client materials
    - Pre-post and post production quality checks
    - Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline
    - Follow all department purchasing and delivery policies
    - Creatively seek out new concepts and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge
    - Design of marketing communication including overall brand development and communication pieces

    About the Role

    The primary role of a Customer Relations Co-ordinator is to create opportunities and build relationships with Caydon’s customers once they have signed a contract to improve their customer journey experience with a view to creating a customer for life. You will coordinate strategies to provide customers with interesting and relevant information at key stages throughout the construction process. You will build relationships with third party vendors that emulate the Caydon Brand and negotiate mutually beneficial Marketing and business deals to provide cross promotional opportunities and value to our customers. You will have exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and demonstrate values that align with the Caydon culture. As a team player, you will have the ability to deal with a variety of situations as they arise. To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and possess high intellect to contribute in the continued success of the company

    Duties

    Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout all touch points.
    Deal with and see through to resolution all customer queries and issues in a timely manner
    Capture all interactions with Customers in the appropriate system for future reference
    Coordinate and carry out customer satisfaction calls and research. Report on and make recommendations based on how Caydon can improve from feedback provided.
    Coordinate all aspects of a customer program
    Coordinate Caydon customer events to provide relevant information in a timely manner.
    Coordinate and brief the creative team to deliver design and content in accordance with program and campaign schedules and applicable style guides.
    Work with the sales team and CRM Analyst to ensure appropriate and accurate data is captured in our systems to improve data quality.
    Compiling reports and recommendations to the Customer Relations Manager
    Sourcing and recommending suitable gifts for purchasers
    Data Entry, Administration and filling and reception cover as required

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a passionate digital designer with a natural creative flair. Working collaboratively within the creative design team, you will generate ideas and translate the campaign brief into compelling creative material to meet with the wider marketing team requirements. In this role, you will be confident in providing advice on innovative creative solutions and best digital design practice, in addition to providing input and feedback on artistic renders, video and photography. You will manage the execution of multiple projects and advertising campaigns across digital, EDMs, web, display, social, promotions and sales collateral by demonstrating brand position to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will possess well-rounded and up to date knowledge of industry software.

    Duties

    As an experienced Digital Designer, you will possess skills such as
    - 3-5 years’ experience working within a creative agency or comparable in-hour role
    - Excellent skills with the Adobe Creative Suite
    - Proficiency in using WordPress
    - Experience using HTML/CSS
    - Digital ad campaign experience highly regarded
    - Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
    - Project management skills such as briefcase, streamline, Jira etc.
    - Experience in using UX design for best practices to design solutions
    - An understanding of mobile-first and response design, user testing and A/B testing.
    - Prior exposure to advertising campaigns across print will be advantageous
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills

    The successful candidate will have 3-5 years digital copywriting experience, across a variety of mediums, including but not limited to web copy, blogs, social media, and advertising.

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Architecture and Design team as an Architectural Designer. With exceptional time management and organisation skills you will be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to mentor others, while continuously improving your own designs. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous Australian exposure within the multi residential sector will be highly advantageous. You are required to have an excellent understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards and local government regulations.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include;
    - Prepare completed design drawings using AutoCAD to tender issue stage
    - Prepare town planning drawings and reports for applications
    - Resolve design detailing throughout all elements during working drawing stages
    - Preparation of individual drawing packages for inclusion in submission
    - Liaise with consultants
    - Ongoing site support when required
