    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for someone with a superior command of the English language to fill a newly created role of a ‘Digital Copy Writer’. As a digital copy writer, you will be instrumental in crafting Caydon’s entire online presence. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire for writing and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Marrying your exceptional articulation skills with your aptitude for team collaboration you will work with the wider Marketing team to deliver online content whilst following corporate branding. In turn, your immediate team will appreciate your attention to detail, creative flair and passion for all things language (and property). You will be excited by innovative marketing, pushing boundaries and unlocking the true potential of powerful messaging.

    The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications accompanied by 3-5 years in digital copy writing. You will have experience writing for a variety of media, including but not limited to web copy and social media.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
    - Copy for marketing branding and advertising, such as brand name and tagline, advertising idea and headlines
    - Ensuring online content is compliant with corporate brand standards and project objectives
    - Produce, create and edit content for various channels, including; website, social media, EDMs, campaigns, blogs, media releases and editorials.
    - This role will also include some non-digital copy such as brochures, invites, fliers etc.

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Architecture and Design team as an Architectural Designer. With exceptional time management and organisation skills you will be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be a strong all-rounder with your Architectural skills and knowledge and work well within a team and wider organisation. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to mentor others, while continuously improving your own designs. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous Australian exposure within the multi residential sector will be highly advantageous. You are required to have an excellent understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards and local government regulations.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include;
    - Prepare completed design drawings using AutoCAD to tender issue stage
    - Prepare town planning drawings and reports for applications
    - Resolve design detailing throughout all elements during working drawing stages
    - Preparation of individual drawing packages for inclusion in submission
    - Liaise with consultants
    - Ongoing site support when required

    Caydon Property Group is looking for highly motivated individual to join the Contracts Administration team on a fulltime capacity- part-time applicants will also be considered. As a Sales and Contracts Administrator, you will provide assistance to your immediate team by assisting in processing variations, sales rostering and general sales administrative support to the Sales Manager. With exceptional organisational skills, you will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideally you will have previous corporate administrative experience. You will be a team player who has a can-do attitude and will welcome the chance to help where required. You will have the ability to assist in the coordination and implementation of all stages of the Sales and Contract administration process for Caydon’s projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to provide the highest quality of customer service to both internal and external parties.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
    - Contract and Sales administration support
    - Assist in filling out and processing sales contracts
    - Assist in processing variations
    - Carry out tasks in the absence of Contract Administrators
    - Compiling Agendas & taking minutes for various meetings

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns. You will enjoy working across a broad property portfolio, events and activities, with the opportunity for the right candidate to take the reins of their own portfolio. Proactive in planning ahead of time and working in a fast-paced business with tight deadlines, you will have a minimum of two years' experience in a consumer marketing role with relevant marketing qualifications. It is essential that you are a team player experience in digital marketing, advertising campaign development, and media planning.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Coordinate, plan and implement the marketing programs for a variety of campaigns to ensure timely delivery
    • Research, planning and executing marketing activity such as promotions and events
    • Coordinate various requirements between multiple external agencies from media buying, digital, creative and PR
    • Maintain awareness of business objectives and apply to all marketing communications.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong collaboration, organisational and time management skills, and have the ability to ignite innovative thinking in those around you. Being at ease in a fast-paced environment is a must.
    The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications accompanied by strong consumer marketing experience. Exposure to the property/real-estate industry will be viewed favourably. You will have strong digital and traditional marketing experience, a track record of developing and nurturing brands, expertise in managing a suite of external agencies, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
    • Develop campaign strategy, clearly articulating the target audience, project and campaign objectives to the internal creative team or external creative agency.
    • Drive the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with the Sales, and Architecture functions to ensure joint objectives are achieved.

    Duties

    Supported by state-of-the-art sales tools such as an innovative multi-dimensional display suite, you will be required to efficiently and successfully sell apartments off the plan to achieve monthly sales targets.

    All transactions will be completed to ensure our customers receive consistently high levels of service in accordance with company procedures, guidelines and legislative requirements.

    Consistently following a strong sales process, you will maintain a sales pipeline on a daily basis and be proactive in keeping your product and market knowledge both accurate and extensive.

    With a customer-first mindset, you will be required to work across Caydon Display Suites, attending appointments, taking phone calls and completing other duties outside business hours and on rostered weekends.
