    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a part-time Traffic Manager to join our energetic marketing team. This role will be key in effectively organising and allocating workflow to our design team, ensuring that briefs are executed on time, budget and to required quality standards.
    Reporting to the Head of Design, you will bring your outstanding organisational skills and ability to manager and communicate with stakeholders as you assign daily tasks, check on the status of outstanding tasks, quality control outgoing work and work closely with our broader marketing team to ensure campaigns remain on-track. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an interest in property and enjoy achieving with your peers.
    The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and will have a keen interest in property. With experience in Wrike or similar, you will be technologically savvy and able to manage expectations for all internal and external stakeholders.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
    • Reviewing incoming briefs, trafficking all work in and out of the team, ensuring creative standards are met and campaigns are delivered according to time/budget constraints
    • Forecasting team capacity and managing various internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritisation is placed on all campaign requests, or insight into additional resourcing requests
    • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including seeking information or updates from suppliers, or providing project status updates to end-users

    About the Role

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our energetic marketing team as a Marketing Manager. This role plays a key part within the organisation by being primarily focused on the development and implementation of through-the-line marketing communications for a portfolio of branded property developments.
    Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be passionate about the Caydon brand and understand that a powerful brand is a key foundation for an organisation's success. You will appreciate the merits of an insight driven strategy and be fully cognisant of the role marketing plays in driving profitable sales. You will thrive in a cross-functional environment, have a strong appetite for success, and enjoy achieving with your peers. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong collaboration, organisational and time management skills, and have the ability to ignite innovative thinking in those around you. Being at ease in a fast-paced environment is a must.
    The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications accompanied by strong consumer marketing experience. Exposure to the property/real-estate industry will be viewed favourably. You will have strong digital and traditional marketing experience, a track record of developing and nurturing brands, expertise in managing a suite of external agencies, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
    • Develop campaign strategy, clearly articulating the target audience, project and campaign objectives to the internal creative team or external creative agency.
    • Drive the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with the Sales, and Architecture functions to ensure joint objectives are achieved.
    • Customer acquisition - working with external media agency and internal digital marketing team, develop and implement media plans that optimise lead generation.
    • Managing a team of two Marketing Coordinators.

    About the Role

    We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced operator to join the Caydon team. The successful candidate will be passionate about all things marketing (and ideally property!) with confidence to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders and agencies. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for the development and implementation of through-the-line marketing communications for a small portfolio of branded property developments. You will also be contributing to the creation and implementation of broader marketing programs and campaigns.
    Proactive in planning ahead of time, and with the ability to work in a fast-paced business with tight deadlines, you will have a minimum of three years' experience in a consumer marketing role with relevant marketing qualifications. It is essential that you are a team player experience in digital marketing, advertising campaign development, and media planning.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Develop campaign strategies for your portfolio, clearly articulating the target audience, project and campaign objectives to the internal creative team or external creative agency.
    • Drive the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plans, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure joint objectives are achieved.
    • Coordinate, plan and implement the marketing programs for a variety of campaigns to ensure timely delivery
    • Research, planning and executing marketing activity such as promotions and events
    • Coordinate various requirements between multiple external agencies from media buying, creative and PR
    • Maintain awareness of business objectives and apply to all marketing communications.
    • Assist the Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement project launches
    • Coordinate the production process of print and digital assets
    • Site visits to review development site signage when required
    • Marketing administration including but not limited to data entry, purchase orders, and budget maintenance

    About the Role

    Caydon is looking for an Assistant Development Manager who has an interest to work within the property development industry, on a 1-year temporary assignment with the possibility to extend. Reporting to the Development Managers, the Assistant Development Manager will require a keen eye for detail as you assist the development managers with the delivery of our projects, in particular, the defect inspection phase of each project to ensure excellence for Caydon purchasers. With current and prospective projects running through different stages of completion, you will learn about the large-scale land development process from start to finish.

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in property development, construction, civil engineering or project management with a minimum of three years’ experience working in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be familiar with all Australian standards, building regulations and building practices accompanied by an understanding of property law, and its applications in the development industry. We require an individual with highly developed interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. It is essential that you are confident and take initiative as you will be dealing with consultants and authorities on a daily basis. You will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment.

    Duties

    Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to;

    - Coordinate with relevant consultants and key stakeholders.
    - Undertake and manage the defect inspection lifecycle for all apartments to identify items for rectification by the builder prior to purchaser inspections
    - Produce and monitor weekly defect reports, ensuring that all defects are entered correctly to transmitted to the builder and closed out in a timely manner ahead of purchaser pre-settlement inspections
    - Conduct and document the life cycle of all inspections and provide the report to the Development team
    - Attend and actively participate in design/construction meetings that are related to Caydon’s current and prospective projects
    - Other property related tasks that may be required from time to time

    Duties

    Supported by state-of-the-art sales tools such as an innovative multi-dimensional display suite, you will be required to efficiently and successfully sell apartments off the plan to achieve monthly sales targets.

    All transactions will be completed to ensure our customers receive consistently high levels of service in accordance with company procedures, guidelines and legislative requirements.

    Consistently following a strong sales process, you will maintain a sales pipeline on a daily basis and be proactive in keeping your product and market knowledge both accurate and extensive.

    With a customer-first mindset, you will be required to work across Caydon Display Suites, attending appointments, taking phone calls and completing other duties outside business hours and on rostered weekends.
