Pre-Sale ProcessYou can rely on your Sales Executive to provide thoughtful, considered answers to all of your questions about buying an apartment off the plan. Your needs come first, as they will throughout every step of the process. We guide you through it all until your contract is signed.
Keeping You InformedOnce you’ve signed your contract, your customer relations team ensure you’re kept up to date with construction news and any other valid information on your apartment. They’re also on hand to answer any questions you might have. As the end of construction nears they manage the steps towards settlement including organising a comprehensive (and enjoyable) information evening.
Information EveningsApproximately four months prior to settlement Caydon will host an information evening designed to prepare you for settlement and to introduce you to your Owner’s Corporation, your service providers and other suppliers you might find beneficial. It’s an enjoyable, social experience – drinks and canapés are served along with a lot of valuable information.
Settlement PreparationFollowing your information evening it's time to start contacting the resources you'll need in preparation for settlement. This includes your finance provider and your solicitor or conveyancer. Then comes your Pre-Settlement Inspection where you are taken through your apartment. This is where any queries you have will be answered.
Your SettlementYour solicitor will keep you informed of your settlement date and will conduct your settlement in conjunction with Caydon's solicitor. They will notify you once settlement has occurred. Now's the time to contact your service providers including removalists.
The HandoverAt your successful settlement you’ll receive your keys, fobs, and all the important information in your settlement pack. This includes all user guides and warranties, information about the building and the entire development and an introduction to the Caydon After Care Service.
The Caydon AppCaydon ensures your apartment is handed over with app and portals in place. This valuable tool keeps the building at your fingertips, introduces you to your community and allows effective communication and document storage for building management.
Connect CardThe Connect Card program opens you to a world of discounts and offers from Caydon suppliers and preferred retailers in your new community. Caydon will keep you aware of all offers as they are introduced and regularly update you.
After Care ServiceOnce you've purchased a Caydon apartment you become a Caydon VIP with access to information on current and future apartments well before the general public. We'll also keep you up to date on information we consider may be helpful to you.
